The Detroit Pistons emerged victorious in their Wednesday Night showdown against the Utah Jazz, winning with a final score of 114-103. For my score-agami fans, the Pistons have scored 114 points in back to back games.
Now the Pistons are back on the road, headed to New York. They take on the Brooklyn Nets, who sit at an abysmal 1-7, and are currently 13th in the Eastern Conference. However, this is still an important conference matchup for the Pistons, and as many of us young fans have heard from the older fans when it comes to these matchups "Iron sharpers Iron".
Honestly though, the only thing I expect to get sharpened is the Pistons. I think they will play great tonight and dismantle Brooklyn. Detroit is heavily favored, and I don't see an upset happening here. It's the time of the season where capitalizing on easy win games helps you greatly, and I think we see the Pistons do so tonight.
